Our consultation will only take 30 minutes of your time. This is completely free of charge and allows us to provide you with a design and no-obligation quotation. During our meeting we will note your requirements, discuss the various options available to you and take measurements of the kitchen.

Unlike other companies we do not take too much of your time, nor do we use pushy sales tactics favoured by most kitchen companies to get you to commit to us there and then. We know this can be stressful for customers and we prefer your experience of buying your new kitchen as relaxed as possible.

Designing a kitchen can take time to get the best possible result. That is why we do not do this in your home. Instead we will take the information gathered during our meeting and prepare a design at our office.

Before we begin to make your new fitted kitchen we will arrange a full site survey to ensure that there are no inconvenient surprises once the we begin the installation.

Should there be any electrical, gas or building work to be undertaken we will take care of this using tradesmen that we have a long working relationship with.

Our installation service doesnt just include the installation of the kitchen. If needed we will remove your old kitchen, install new electrical points, replaster walls and ceilings and if you would like, fit new flooring, tiling and decorate so that once your new fitted kitchen has been installed it will be ready to use.

 

Once we have prepared a design and quotation for you based on the information gathered during our inital consultation we will call to arrange a convenient time to see you to go through what is included in the design and price.

This meeting allows us to get feedback regarding the design and to make notes of any changes you would like us to make, if any.

Its important to us that you get the kitchen that works best for how you and your family will be using your new living space.

As with our first meeting you will not be subjected to pushy sales tactics. We don't even employ salesmen. . We believe that if we provide a design and service that you are happy with then its your decision to choose us.
